Amazon does not have CCTV cameras monitoring their packers.

That's one reason why the wrong Item received, EB/missing Item and partial methods have been succeeding.

Don't focus on the same warehouse.

If It's shipped by Amazon, It'll still come out of their Inventory, regardless of which warehouse distributes It.

Well, your advice was correct. After receiving the item, went to chat,  then sent it to amazon next morning. A week later messaged them again, got an email, answered a few questions and got my refund worked like a charm!
