also, I have a question. I believe to have found an item that is within 30grams of the iphone (packaging included ofc). but thing is, this item's box dimensions are not a 1:1 match to the iphone's, thus it is possible they could see through their CCTV that what i'm claiming arrived and what they packed don't seem to match up. is this a problem? i think that the boxes have a few cm (under 5) difference in height and length.

Amazon does not have CCTV cameras monitoring their packers.

How would I go about finding an item that is delivered from the same warehouse and has similar weight to the iPhone 14? For the warehouse, I thought about looking at the delivery date - if two items have the same shipping time, it makes sense that they're both at the same warehouse, no?

If It's shipped by Amazon, It'll still come out of their Inventory, regardless of which warehouse distributes It.

Well, your advice was correct. After receiving the item, went to chat, then sent it to amazon next morning. A week later messaged them again, got an email, answered a few questions and got my refund worked like a charm!
