They've been checking/opening returns for a few months to date.

I had a return for a micro SD where I accidentally sent the wrong unit back. Same brand, but different amount of GBs. I initially got the refund but months later they reversed it, saying I didn't return the right item.

Update : UPS contacted my secondary phone asking for me (person name that was on the order) I said no.
The ups guy asks if I live in the address, in which I put a letter after the unit. He claim that the address does not exist and I believe he was calling outside my house.

Seems like Kingston actually initiated a claim with UPS just like Newegg. Don't like where this is heading. I think the driver might visit again.


Edit : when I looked at the tracking # again, now the delivery proof with "left with Other" was removed. This is hilarious.

You've filed a claim with Kingston, not the driver, hence you're under no obligation to answer to him.
