Ooh, nice. What kind of shoes were they? There's quite a bit on the site that I wouldn't mind grabbing.

Will take a look at things too.

Umm, I quite possibly could do. House of Fraser, John Lewis and ASOS are a few of the stores that sell their merch. I just thought it'd be interesting to hit them up directly. Could always target the other mentioned stores for something else.

Might be down to the LIT not being perfected/conducted properly.

Given an Investigation was opened with the carrier, I'd say It's most definitely the case.

Absolutely, it's seems the most rational cause.

Yup, I might possibly do a trial run with them first to determine whether they do indeed have CCTV or not.

Also, would anyone happen to know whether they have CCTV cameras in place, please? If they do, then EB/PEB/wrong item received is out of the question. I could potentially attempt to FTID them  I know they use UPS for their delivery/returns. I'm reluctant to DNA as there's a particular UPS driver assigned to my locality and I would rather not ravage the relationship.

Was it straightforward? I've read on another platform that someone attempted LIT on them recently and they refused after an investigation with UPS. Might be down to the LIT not being perfected/conducted properly.

It's good to know they can be somewhat of an easy target.
