I'm keen on hitting up Ralph Lauren; clothing i.e t-shirts/polos/jumpers. Has anyone had any success with RL? Also, would anyone happen to know whether they have CCTV cameras in place, please? If they do, then EB/PEB/wrong item received is out of the question. I could potentially attempt to FTID them I know they use UPS for their delivery/returns. I'm reluctant to DNA as there's a particular UPS driver assigned to my locality and I would rather not ravage the relationship.

I personally never hit Ralph Lauren. You could go with a trial SE to see if they have CCTV's in place (if no one can answer that question).

I personally never hit Ralph Lauren. You could go with a trial SE to see if they have CCTV's in place (if no one can answer that question).

Yup, I might possibly do a trial run with them first to determine whether they do indeed have CCTV or not.

Was it straightforward? I've read on another platform that someone attempted LIT on them recently and they refused after an investigation with UPS. Might be down to the LIT not being perfected/conducted properly.

Given an Investigation was opened with the carrier, I'd say It's most definitely the case.

Can't you go through one of the stores that has their Brand, it will be easier. I believe we touched on something similar, and Bloomingdales was no problem, but Gucci or one of those was. Marshfield's has been done.

Umm, I quite possibly could do. House of Fraser, John Lewis and ASOS are a few of the stores that sell their merch. I just thought it'd be interesting to hit them up directly. Could always target the other mentioned stores for something else.
