^ This Is a prime example of why you should've said the Items were missing from the box - CCTV cameras cannot detect the enclosed contents.

Depending on your answer to my question above, you can say that the package arrived damaged, which Indicates It was tampered with and your Item was stolen just before It arrived at your address.

They will Investigate, but given photographic evidence of the package condition cannot be provided at the time It was delivered to your address, they have no grounds to prove It arrived unscathed.

Just received a reply from Huawei, @mothered. We succeeded 
The guy dealing with my query has apologised "for this unfortunate event" and has issued a refund for the total amount. Last week, he was adamant that nothing could be done but we socially engineered him successfully.

Also Mothered, would you know if Feelunique have cameras in place at all, please & thank you? Thinking of PEB'ing a light skincare product.. under 120g this time
