Im from Poland i tried german support in english but every guy on india want me to wait 48 h for respond and case is stuck. Contacted Polish support and they realy help me

Try to contact amazon.it by phone and ask for english on fr help and just tell them you are wating too long for refund and dont know what to do

Well, I tried to call amazon.it but they only speak Italian and the rep asked me to email them in English. I Tried contacting them through chat as well but they said because of their privacy policy, they can’t do anything. I emailed cs-reply, buyer@Amazon, still no answer back. I consider charging back if I don’t get any answer until next friday.
