Talk to a representative via chat or phone call and ask them to conect you to a supervisor. Then you can explain the situation to them.
From my experience regular amazon reps are extremely dense, so be prepared to push them as much as you can.

As mentioned by others, request an escalation and ask the team member to clarify what I've said above.
