Once It's flagged, It cannot be reversed - only maintained by not SEing In the same/similar fashion, thus avoid an account closure.

Doesn't sound like it, your account will remain flagged. However, this is not an issue if you keep it for legit purchases.

exactly the same the happend to me last month. I'm going to wait 6 months with several legit purchases before SEing again but never using the same method. Lets see how many more I can get away with....
