I dont think so, all the policies I can find are listed here https://shop.basketball.ca/pages/returns-policy

I think I might have to either just say it didnt arrive or do some method on returning a fake.

Not sure how to do any of this tho, any ideas?

Have you also looked through their Terms of Service?

In the event they're not liable for loss of goods, say that you've found It, return It for a refund, reorder It on a totally different account and SE them using another method.

Unless It's completely Identical, there's a chance they may spot the fake.

Alternatively, the wrong Item received method can be used.
