Also ask for a copy of the signature claimed under your name.

Contact the delivery agency and argue you didn’t sign for it and see if you can’t get some documentation or case number to submit to Lulu as further evidence, And as already noted, bombard lulu
Not sure if I would use a PayPal dispute for this one. Perhaps box them? I imagine your items are very light and would be inexpensive to purchase the needed materials to box. For further reference check out Motherds blog. Has a step by step guide

I chatted with them couple of times more. Everytime they said they can't give me signature of the delivery and asked me to dispute the case with Paypal.
I opened a PayPal dispute and today paypal denied me the case saying these :
"We have reviewed this transaction(s) and are denying your case(s).
This decision was made because we received shipment tracking from the merchant confirming that the merchandise was delivered."
There are no option to appeal.
I am thinking of returning the two items.

They've declined your claim based on a signature on receipt of goods, and given you didn't sign It, you have every right to request a copy and they're also obligated to comply. If they've got nothing to hide, they have everything to show - "demand" the signature be emailed asap.

They side with the seller on almost every occasion, based on GPS/tracking marking the consignment as delivered.

Yeah I have done two DNA’s now in different accounts w all different credentials, shipping and VCC. Both accounts were fresh with the second order being about 380 usd.

Finally, after a lot of hassle, Lululemon couldn't get me the signature image from FedEx and issued me a refund(though fedex delivery pdf claims a signature image is available and would be released to the shipper with the shipper's account number). Though it ultimately turned out to be a successful SE, but the time and energy I spent chasing lululemon, Paypal and FedEx is quite high. I take it as a learning experince.
Thank you for your support and help. Without your counsel, I wouldn't have been able to do it.
