Hey look what I've found
So basically on the website it says 3.4KG. but on the label it only says 1.00KG. Should I maybe try PEB??
because I can come up with the reason like... my shoe is missing and on the website it says 3.4kg but on the label it only says 1.00kg. You think that would work?
EDIT: also when delivery guy come. he just hand the parcel without asking for signature,no taking photo or even speak. He just come to my house and hand it without saying anything (probably because he call me on the phone to confirm location before) but on the tracking website it says "Shipment delivered ___my name____" and that's it

Aight I will stick with DNA then. I just live chatted them and did the DNA. and they responded "We have sent the matter to the relevant department to inform the event and follow up the product for the customer already. If we have been notified of any progress We will contact you again as soon as possible." so I guess there will be an investigation, let's see what's coming next

They'll liaise with the carrier who serviced your delivery, and cross-check their shipping documents - namely the package weight and tracking/GPS details. Please reply when you've received a response.

What do I do just incase carrier guy come to my house? I can't avoid because my house is store (which open from 9-5). Do you know what question is he gonna ask??? and how should I answer to get the refund?

I mean legally he doesn't have any jurisdiction, so when he comes into the store (if he does) just tell him that you wasn't at home when the package was delivered and when you got home it wasn't anywhere, you checked with your family and around the store and it wasn't there. Just act genuine and then you could possible say that could he please leave as he is interfering with your business, if he is persistent say that you are demanding he leave your personal property or you will call the cops (like @mothered stated), or simply go to the toilet and wait for like 10m or something lol. Hey, update here. Yesterday I gave the a call to follow up the case, and they (nike) said that they are contacting to the carrier regarding the DNA. after that I got a call from carrier company (Not carrier guy) ask about investigation and sorry for inconveinence blah blah blah.
Then after that I got a call from delivery guy asking about receiving the product or not but here's a thing. Before he deliver the product, he did call me before asking the direction to my store. so I tell him and thing got delivered. and now he is using the call before delivery an 'confirm' that I receive the product. so I tell him 'Im not sure I can't remember really, because my store does import and export lots of stuff whole day. maybe I will check my house and neighbor one more time just incase' after that he says 'you can check the CCTV and you can see that I already delivered' then I immediatley hangup (honestly I shouldn't accept the phone at first that's my fault)
Today, the company call me again asking if I have found my item yet and I told them no and tell them that my store does import and export lots of stuff whole day Im not sure if product is actually delivered. Then they ask me to check CCTV (my store has CCTV) to check if product delivered. Tomorrow they will ask my about the CCTV siituation. What should I tell them?
Should I just tell them that the CCTV drives corrurpted?

I think I can't go do anything fuck thailand. I told them that courier guy might handle the product to wrong person (Might deliver it to customer that are in front of my store in that moment)
afterr that The courier guy just call me and ask me if he can check the CCTV and he will also check neighbor's CCTV (my neightbor is also a store just like me).... Because my house is a store and I do have camera and footage of the courier guy actually handling the parcel. on his side he can confirm also that he deliver because before he deliver he made call with me to ask for direction and confirmation.
I honestly don't know or have any idea... what can I do to fix this?? or should I take an L
Please help if you been in this situation before or you are experrienced with this...... I think i might have fk it up
