As stated above, It's the festive season and delays are expected.

The main thing Is, the refund has been approved so If It hasn't been deposited Into your account, give them a friendly reminder within the said period.

I don't want to open a new discussion for this so...it's inserting a dummy phone/tablet the best move? Isn't too suspicious?

More than likely, it was investigated by them - that reason is at the discretion of the company. Nobody can know why exactly.

More than likely, it was investigated by them - that reason is at the discretion of the company. Nobody can know why exactly.

So which should be the best Sealed Box method? With a dummy item or just with item that weight the same?...
or maybe they are both good unless someone open the package...

The objective of the sealed box method, Is to not demonstrate signs of Inconsistencies with the packaging, hence the return will be placed back Into stock and a refund generated thereafter.

As such, replacing the original product with any Item of equal weight will suffice.

If their claims department opens all items ≥$200 then that would probably be irrelevant. In that case, your best bet is to ignore their correspondence from here. They're not pursuing litigations from the seller or their fraud division.

The sealed box method Is designed and formulated to circumvent returns being checked.

I've yet to fail to date.

I'd like to hear details from OP.

How did you reseal the box? Was there signs of tampering? Did you also reseal the shipping box? Was your account in good standing before attempting this SE?

Oh, and did you order from Amazon or FBA?
