I have a little update turns out I am not getting a instant refund.

Nothing to worry about I have chatted with a few customer service agents and a complaint manager. I have been assured that I will get a full refund within 2 weeks once the items has been returned to the Amazon Wearhouse.

I have also been given £20 in gift cards as in the way of compensation.

From what I have been reading this is pretty normal and to be expected.

Not at all.

You're effectively complying with their request and they've assured you of a refund, so there's no cause for concern.

Great I saved a copy of my live chat converdations kept a note of my phone call times.

Chanced my luck one more time with live chat I was assured again don't worry it's the process. My money is save.

I was also given another £5 giftcard.

I will leave it now and wait.
