This is where you are meant to use a family member/friends account to buy something of a similar weight, as the "wrong item received" will be in Amazons inventory since it was purchased from Amazon.
Don't worry. Stick with DNA, if it fails you can try and box/ftid them with a return.

Well the item needs to be brand new and sold by Amazon. You need to understand that the wrong item needs to be dispatched from the same warehouse. Sometimes toys and dispatched from a different warehouse ,so it's recommended you use a similar type of item.
That being said... I've heard someone say they bought a laptop and said they received a4 paper. The hardest part is finding a similar item in weight.
With ftid sending an empty box is fine so there's no need for dry ice.

yeah, i just talked with an rep and filled the form for the investigation, he said it will take 24-48 hours so im waiting. no problem till now. Lets see how it goes xD

I got an email that says "I've requested a refund for £9xx.xx. This will go through within the next 5-7 business days and will appear as a credit on your billing statement." i think we are done I didnt think it would be easy like this

It's best to stay low on amazon for a couple of months now. Tbh if it's a fresh account you should close the account as it's useless now.
I wonder why they didn't ask for a police report.
