They still have been getting bad reviews both on trustpilot and Facebook when they post “adverts” there

They ship it via UPS afaik. Did you sign for it? I'm sure PP will check the tracking, and I don't think UPS will deliver without a signature.

Tracking cannot be used to confirm deliveries. It only concludes that It's been successfully delivered to "an address", and cannot mark a package delivered to "a person". There's a huge difference between the two, with the latter rendering It Inconclusive.

As for a signature, that's also useless- a passerby or the driver himself, could've signed for It.

Yupp, mine was left at my door at the time.
I legit wasn’t even at home when I got the email saying it was “delivered” I was half way across the city

When did you start your claim? I got it in 3 days, and didn't get any "delivered" mail.

Probably should wait a little longer? Although it said 2-3 days.
