The courier is DPD.
Damn. DPD are sometimes annoying to deal with.
They don’t usually leave packages if no one is at home for example.

Yeah they are the worst courier (or best if you're the company I guess) to deal with lol. I definitely won't be trying DNA. I shall keep you posted.

DPD tend to take photos of the premises, but It can easily be SEd.

I’ve done that to amazon and gopro with fedex. I was home, didn’t answer door, package was left at door, waited for driver to drive off, got my parcel, got in contact with company about 4-5 hours later claiming I wasn’t home and DNAed it.
Amazon refunded all, about £500
Gopro still waiting after 10 days now

It's very difficult for an Investigation to conclude that a household member personally received It. From a legit standpoint, I cannot fathom why carriers continue to operate as such.

They still do this due to government regulations in place due to current situation.

Just as an update on this. The SE was a success, I didn't get a refund, but they are sending me the entire order again, so that's good.
