As a matter of Interest, what was discussed with the agent/rep?

They asked what my issue was so I explained that I received my package but when I opened the SSD case it wasn't there, then they asked for me to wait while he investigated and came back after a few moments with the option to receive a replacement or refund. It was a pretty simple and quick conversation

DNA max 500€? Something like that?

Somebody correct me if I'm wrong, but I think with the DNA method there really isn't a set price limit on what will and won't work. It's more about the product, company and how you execute your SE, which is why its important to do your research on the product and company policies to get a foundation for your SE. Some companies won't even take responsibility for packages lost in transit.

That's not to say it will be just as easy with higher value items. It might take more persistence and patience than what it took for me.

A pretty simple SE.

Thanks for sharing your experience- It will certainly help future SEs of similar circumstances.

Correct.

Do note that with high value Items, the probability of an Investigation significantly Increases.

First of all congratulation for your SE.
Secondly, I would like to try to SE them with EB method ordering the airpods, except Amazon which other website could I SE?
Sorry for the off-topic.

Thanks.

If I may answer, don't attempt Argos- they have CCTV cameras In place when picking, packing and dispatching goods. They're certainly SE-able (every company Is), but the process Involves a lengthy Investigation.

Why not opt for Amazon?

I didn't even know about agos. All the companies which I found (where i could SE them via little heavy objects) they have a long ToS with a lot of points and cases. This makes me think that they are well protected from being SEd? Has I already asked on another thread. Does the size of the company impact of the success rate of the SE?

Nothing. I just wanted to know more companies like Amazon. Once i did a refund on Amazon I will have to wait for a bit long before perform another SE again.

Not at all. "Every company" can be SEd.

It's just a matter of Identifying loopholes/vulnerabilities In their terms, and use It to your advantage.

No. In fact, the bigger, the better.

Companies on a very large scale are Inundated with orders & claims, hence do not have the manpower to "thoroughly" check each and every claim. The timing of the SE, Is also very Important. For Instance, hitting them during the busiest time of year (Black Friday Deals, Easter or Christmas), adds to their workload and Incapacity to deal with every claim accordingly, thus significantly Increases the chance of a successful outcome.

Do remember that every company Is under the Impression that the SE Is a legit claim. Treat It as such, and you won't have a problem.

If you "legitimately" claimed for a refund (with supported documentation) twice In as many weeks, would you experience any Issues? Not at all. The same applies to your SE If It's based on similar grounds.
