Why are you contacting Amazon with a fake receipt?
The whole "fake POP" method is that you're contacting the manufacturer (apple) saying you purchased it off Amazon and they can't (most of the time, or won't) verify if it's a real order ID and trust you because the receipt looks real.

Your only go with Apple is a good rep or boxing (if sending back) which may not work if Apple does not take liability.

EBay is your friend for serial numbers or you can even go to an actual retail store and take photos of serial numbers.
