Because when I saw some forums about hack and stuff, I thought that it was a bit, how can i say that, not usual / common content.
So i ask myself if it was better to not leave the fact i passed here.
I'm a bit afraid sometimes, For exemple I closed my Crypto account when I saw that you need now to declare it to the tax authorities in France. I opened it 6 hours ago x) (I didn't even put 1€ on it) but maybe I close it to soon, was afraid because it was written that if they discover you got one and you do not told them, you have to pay a fine of 1500€. And as a student I can't permite myself a huge amount like that.

But I do not know how a vpn work and how to use it so
Anyway, Drako told me it's safe.

I surfed a bit on the website and saw things about SE / Refund etc... maybe kinda immoral but helpful if you don't have the money to buy it...
I have seen some refunders who propose their services and as a new here if i need or consider this option i will prefer let's them do and me buy them if possible.
For that maybe i need a vpn?
I don't have an amazon account, do you have some tips to create one? (Fake name?) deliver only in amazon point deliver box / office for collection ?
if I create one with my proper name / adress is it safe?
But the most important question is
How safe is it?
Plus, in term of guarantee of the product, if i want to buy and laptop for exemple, how does it works with the serial number and stuff?

Here's something that will give you a basic understanding of what a VPN is. A VPN stands for Virtual Private Network, and it's pretty much what it sounds like. Once you select a server and begin connections with the VPN server, the application routes all of your internet traffic through the server you've selected. Once the connections go through the server, all of the packets are encrypted so no one can capture them and find out what's inside. It's a tad bit more complicated than that, but the info I gave you should give you a basic understanding.
