To tell you the truth, I have found this website by chance. Let's speak about the story.
2 months ago I bought a second hand cpu for my brother. The seller told us that it was working well but when we put it in my brother pc we realize that the cpu was defective. Unortunately the bad seller told us it was our fault but the cpu has been installed by a professional... So we threw it.

2 days ago i found on a website a story close to mine and a guy said in the comments :

"no ! You should not be thrown it away, you should have ordered the same on Amazon and send them back the defective! Amazon refund easy, I did it sometimes."

And this aroused my curiosity.
I was asking myself if that was possible and how, done a research and arrived here !
