RE: St0res that do n0t respond to PáyPáI - DF12 - 01-19-2024 I was just wondering, is there any risk involved in doing a large number of refunds using paypal? Like would any of the stores come after me for the money? Or after the 10 days are they just out of luck since they agreed to paypal terms of service? And whats paypals stance on this? If i keep ordering and disputing the same stores? Account banned? Once dispute is won they're shit out of luck legally due to paypal terms an conditions. They could always ban you from their service but usually doesn't happen but best to cover your tracks. As for paypal if you do too many refunds they'll clock on same for disputes. It's all about keeping the account looking legitimate. Like what person actually had a package go missing 50% of time. So I have opened a PayPal claim. 10 days then. Tik tak….I won. I am wondering how many times may I do this with the same/not the same seller until PayPal ban my account. RE: St0res that do n0t respond to PáyPáI - alvinloso - 01-23-2024 Attempting Harry R0$en PP just replied with this , what do you guys suggest I do ? Not sure whether it's better to do EB or DNA . Thank you in advance! Thank you for contacting PayPal my name is xxxxx I will be assisting you today. I 'm sorry you did not receive your product. Have you contacted the carrier and ask if it was actually delivered to your address. Reason I say that is because there have been cases where a merchant provides tracking, but it only shows the city state and zip code and not the actual address. We can file a dispute for item not received. Before we do that, I want you to contact the carrier and give them your address and ask if it was delivered to your address or a address in the same city and state and zip code. If the carrier states it was not delivered to your address, then we can issue a refund. We do not cover stolen packages. If that is the case the Merchant will need to file a claim with the carrier that shipped the item. |
