But in my opinion it's a simple as why even take the risk? Just wait it out to be sure imagine how annoying it would be if you're claim failed due to the fact that you had turned it on

I just opened a dispute on Paypal but I'm a bit confused here. It says this:
"This case will be auto-closed if it's not resolved by 5 February 2024"
Shouldn't this be 10 days for the seller to respond?
Any ideas?
