As an actual account, new. But I’ve used the email address for multiple orders over the years. Spent a lot more rhan the £800 order I have just refunded lol
Dpd guy handed me it, doesnt seem like Footasylum do any investigations at all
what was the value of the order and did it work?

It's still banging. Attempted 800 value but was a muck up with stock during the order so only ended up getting like 660 worth of the order

I'm in a bit of a predicament with a Footasylum order. It wasn't dropped off by a courier and I had to sign for it at the local post office. The receipt says "For your peace of mind, we record each parcel being packed on camera, to ensure all your items leave the warehouse together." DNA and PEB don't seem like they'll work in this case. Thoughts?

It might still be worth a try idk cos DPD get a photo of delivery and it still works. It just depends how lazy they are. You could return and try again

I wouldn't try it personally but im quite careful if its too close on a personal level. But in theory they shouldn't be blamed as no investigation is even opened. I literally sent 1 message on Live Chat and it was refunded No issues or questions. So that tells me they don't alert the courier

You’re not seriously attempting DNA on pickup from a post office…

Why wouldn’t DNA work? It’s literally saying that the package DID NOT ARRIVE, so regardless as to whether they have cameras in their warehouse ( means you can’t EB and PEB as you stated) it doesn’t mean it never got delivered.

Update:
I decided to try DNA anyway. I would have miraculously discovered the package if it looked like they were doing a carrier investigation.
I was put on hold with an AI chatbot in WhatsApp for over an hour, until after business hours. I got to speak to a human the next day, and was given a refund instantly in the first human message. This is in spite of perfect tracking information leading to a post office pickup.
