How did you do house of frazer bro?

House of Fraser was a simple DNA. It was left on the doorstep. They replied after. Very short investigation saying the couriers delivery was non compliant and issued a refund

Curry’s have been the biggest pain in the arse I’ve had. Tried them for AirPod pro 2. Told them the AirPods boxe only contained the charging cable. It went on and on. Finally issued a replacement this week. That was 7 weeks after my initial order. Not worth the hassle doing again.

What method you use for ASOS, I’m about to dna them . I hit Ebuyer with eb which was straightforward. House of Fraser dna was smooth but slow replies.

Asos was another DNA. Done them twice in a couple of weeks on different accounts. Just go on their chat and refund was within a couple of days.

Could you please include methods and price you hit for? Also, I hit currys earlier in the year, I’ve seen all of this about people having bad experiences however mine was just a case of slow replies and I got refunded within 1-2weeks.
