Was yours a fresh account or aged? If aged how long/how many orders and what value for credibility? And you say DPD did they leave it or did you answer as ik DPD is usually a bit more persistent.

As an actual account, new. But I’ve used the email address for multiple orders over the years. Spent a lot more rhan the £800 order I have just refunded lol
Dpd guy handed me it, doesnt seem like Footasylum do any investigations at all
