Ahh ok. Ill remember that for next time.
I spoke to PP support and they have updated the case to not require returns anymore. So lets see what happens now

UPDATE: PP has now put the case back 'Under Review' rather than waiting on a response from me. They have also informed me it's been escalated to a specialist team as it's such a high amount. Should I be concerned about that? and just take the loss and return it?
