Or do I have to take some action or just wait for the other party to respond and then not respond?(03-11-2023, 01:04 AM)Kikibosum Wrote: So I opened this dispute. New Balance answered me as their customer service does by email, twice, but I contested and same, they say they will not answer anymore. Now it says "waiting for the other party's answer" but it's impossible for me to turn the dispute into a claim, no option is offered to me. Is this normal? If the buyer and seller do not come to an agreement (which both of you won't), that's when the Dispute turns Into a Claim and PayPal then takes over. So I had sent the request and sent back information with screenshots, etc... to make them understand the problem. The file was closed this afternoon with only one reason: The file was closed in favor of the seller because the object was neither damaged, nor different, nor had any missing parts as you had indicated. So they blame me for having chosen the wrong situation when it was opened by an agent after conversation with him? This story is a complete disgrace...(03-11-2023, 09:28 AM)Kikibosum Wrote:You do It through the Resolution Centre by clicking "View" (on your dispute), and then clicking "Escalate this dispute to a PayPal claim".(03-11-2023, 01:38 AM)mothered Wrote: If the buyer and seller do not come to an agreement (which both of you won't), that's when the Dispute turns Into a Claim and PayPal then takes over.Is this done automatically? I know you don't have time to go back up this thread or even remember it, but the complaint was not originally about a non-matching item but rather a seller suspecting me of fraud and refusing to return it with, as a bonus, a lack of respect for customer service. So they reopened the dispute with a more appropriate subject.(03-28-2023, 05:04 PM)Kikibosum Wrote:Did you tell them to provide photographic evidence of this?(03-28-2023, 01:10 AM)mothered Wrote: What type of evidence did you submit In support of your claim? All of the above.
