SE aTTo digital - casperandersen - 09-17-2018
So a couple of weeks ago i decided that i wanted to try SE the company aTTo.
they make high quality spy micro recorders and i thought that i just wanted to try it out.
So i started to prep by checking out what product i wanted, and looked for images of the product
Step 1:
Do your research!
Step 2:
Send them an email at this address info@atto-digital.com and include you script.
this is what i went for:
Step 3:
they should mail you back trying to troubleshoot the problem.
just say that you tried it already
Step 4:
they are going to ask you for an order number, so just say you ordered it somewhere else, like Amazon.
then give them a random order number from amazon and make your reciept and send that as well.
Step 5:
they will send your request to their colleague dealing with amazon, and you will just wait
Step 6:
they should get back to you within the next 48 hours and tell you something like:
Step 7:
wait for delivery
NOTES:
what should you keep in mind?
you should keep in mind that you want to sound like you are at a loss, and that you really need the new one.
and you have to crosscheck the price of the products when making your reciept/invoice
also, i just made them wait for the invoice and got back to them saying, that i am bad with technology and that i just needed the IT guy to help me.

It's one thing documenting a tutorial, and another when It's well formatted and elaborated In an easy to understand manner. The latter Is what makes this a pleasure to read.

Wow, they dont make you send the "defective" one back? I am surprised. How did you make the fake receipt? Was it photoshop or Inspect Element on a different amazon order?

Amazon receipts are incredibly easy to make. There are generators practically everywhere. Personally I use @Skryptec 's website.

I don't usually comment on a guide after I've read it but here I will. This guide was really well written, You've done your research, Detailed how and what you said , explained your decisions and overall formatted it incredibly well. Really good guide, You should be proud of it.

they never asked me to send it back, and i just made the amazon reciept with "inspect element"
make sure that the item name, matches exactly how it is written on amazon. It was incredibly easy, and i now have the device on me everywhere. It has proven to be quite useful
(not going to go in detail, but you should consider doing this)
