If they can't verify it after 60 days than they may refund you, The customer service is simply following a script, even contacting amazon executive team wouldn't change this They'll tell you to wait for it to be verified.

Contact them when station is less busy.

"I'm informing you that in this case, according to what was indicated, we are currently unable to validate your police report with the police station. Please get in touch with us after 21/06/2023 and we will review our options. Once 01/07/2023 passes, we will no longer be able to assist you."

What do you recommend?
