Amazon.de blocked acc - FRAGILE[p]ackage - 09-22-2022
Welcome! I lastly tried LIT with Samsung Galaxy Z Flip3 5G. They closed my account. Do you maybe know where can I mail/contact with them beyond the main page (service center)?
Found in google few @ to them but I'm not sure if they gonna replay me
Would be in heaven if someone could help me a bit

Should I care or just ignore them and not replaying anything? As far I can see they will send me back my €.

They are telling you that your bank started a chargeback procedure, but you still have to pay for the item with other CC or Bank account. Just stick to your story and reply to this email.

I think there's no more to do. They rejected my chargeback due to not providing proof of return. My tracking-ID expired and dhl.de is not responding..
