It was my first time ever doing an FTID and I was sceptical about it because it has a high chance of failing. But it worked like a charm. I got an email from Adidas confirming delivery of the parcel just a few days after posting it. Had to ring them up numerous time though and took a month but it worked. Didn't have any trouble with them over the phone, apart from the fact that each person I spoke to kept advising me to wait out the full 30 days for my refund to be processed, as that's how long it can take. Until the last guy I spoke to, whom manually processed the refund for me close to the 30th day. Yeezy's are too heavy to pull an EB, no? As for the DNA route, who's the courier? Simply say you're still waiting for the package to arrive. (08-07-2022, 11:28 AM)staylow2626 Wrote: very new to this sorry. needed an faq couldn't find one.No problem at all. If (for example) It was an AR and you don't return the product, they have every right to bill your account. I've seen a lot of Adidas letters recently demanding repayment due to a refund where the items weren't returned properly. Basically they are refunding FTID then further down the line realising what's happened and demanding repayment or threatening Futher action. |
