They'd be too heavy to EB.
At any rate, what's the precise weight?
Quote: DNA?
didn't need to sign for pair 1 they were just left on the front step
Stating the obvious, they've DNA'd themselves.

I did a successful FTID on Adidas most recently for over £600. It was my first time ever doing an FTID and I was sceptical about it because it has a high chance of failing.
But it worked like a charm. I got an email from Adidas confirming delivery of the parcel just a few days after posting it. Had to ring them up numerous time though and took a month but it worked. Didn't have any trouble with them over the phone, apart from the fact that each person I spoke to kept advising me to wait out the full 30 days for my refund to be processed, as that's how long it can take. Until the last guy I spoke to, whom manually processed the refund for me close to the 30th day.
Yeezy's are too heavy to pull an EB, no? As for the DNA route, who's the courier?

Correct, there's no evidence to suggest you've
personally received the package.
Simply say you're still waiting for the package to arrive.

Absolutely.
You were on vacation for a few days and upon your arrival home, the delivery didn't arrive as expected.

A successful EB or DNA won't be affected.

If It succeeds, It's assumed to be a legit claim, hence there's no reason to rebill - they've approved It.
If (for example) It was an AR and you don't return the product, they have every right to bill your account.

I've seen a lot of Adidas letters recently demanding repayment due to a refund where the items weren't returned properly. Basically they are refunding FTID then further down the line realising what's happened and demanding repayment or threatening Futher action.
