FTID via service failed? - shinee - 07-09-2022 hi there, did 2 repair SN recently and used a boxing service to try out ftid3 for the first time. well it seems like both packages are stuck. after phoning ups about them one of them seems to be noted under "suspicion of fraud". Ofc I dont know anything about this I just sent them the defect item via their provided return label, right? These companies scan the barcodes of the labels, they don't go off what is written/typed on it. And red flags may be raised if they see that the info on the barcode and what is printed on the package doesn't match. The long and short of it is...any form of the ftid method is an easy way to catch a mail fraud charge. These mailing companies were not born yesterday. Now nothing will happen to you as long as you didnt use your real name, and used a drop address. Oh one more thing, the better way to go about s/n repair se, is to do the traditional boxing method, if the item is heavier than 120gr use dry ice or substitute the weight with stuff that is usually found in a mail courior warehouse ie packing tape and the like. Hope this helps. RE: FTID via service failed? - mothered - 07-09-2022 Quote:used a boxing service to try out ftid3 for the first time.In future, don't use that piece of garbage. Carriers that operate with state of the art logistics and freight distribution, will Identify the Inconsistencies on the shipping label on almost every occasion. RE: FTID via service failed? - K03NT3S31N - 07-09-2022 IMO the service provider is trash. I personally hadn't had any issues with FTID when executed flawlessly.
