Hello,
i contacted support by phone after i send back iphone on closed account.
Got email like this after few try: Guten Tag,
wir haben unsere Entscheidung, Ihr Konto zu schließen, überprüft und sind zu dem Schluss gekommen, dass sie mit unseren Richtlinien übereinstimmt. Daher bleibt Ihr Konto geschlossen.
Ihr Konto ist direkt mit einem Konto verbunden, das wir geschlossen haben, weil unsere Dienste missbraucht wurden, was einen Verstoß gegen unsere AGB darstellt.
Daher werden wir keine Ersatzlieferung oder Erstattung für den Artikel in dieser Sendung veranlassen.
Wir werden gegebenenfalls nicht auf weitere E-Mails zu dieser Angelegenheit antworten.

But after they close my account they give me permission to send item back and they got it i got tracking and all emails where they allow me to return item and said they will refund money for it

What did you say them at the phone in order them to change their mind?
Additionally to that I had other question, You are living in Germany and speaking German, in order to talk with their consultants, or they speak in English too?
