Apple (damaged item) - BetterThings2 - 06-16-2022 Hey you guys, just wanted to say Apple is getting a little fiesty lately with these refunds. Had a rep get straight up hostile with me on the phone lol. Besides that rep, my claim seems to be moving in the right direction so far. But the window of easy Apple refunds seem to be closing quick. Will post further updates of my claim. Pretty much when it comes to prep work, take the time to look at the chosen product, the company in detail (like call from a secondary number, and try to get some not so common knowledge of their inner workings, and filter the info that can bolster your chosen method. Oh and one more thing...be persistsant. Also with your Iphone, be prepared to get in the ring with the reps, they are starting push back hard on some claims, especially Iphones, so just be mindful of that.
