Apple (damaged item) #1
Hey you guys, just wanted to say Apple is getting a little fiesty lately with these refunds. Had a rep get straight up hostile with me on the phone lol. Besides that rep, my claim seems to be moving in the right direction so far. But the window of easy Apple refunds seem to be closing quick. Will post further updates of my claim.
Got too many methods, I don't know which one to use today.

I will say this...I'm glad I did some prep work before the se, which I really think is going to push the claim in my favor. Also thanks for all of your advice, it has helped me with some of my more complicated se's.

Thanks for sharing your experience. What prep work did you do that helped with the claim process? My iPhone is arriving in a few days so I'm trying to be prepared too. Thanks.

The prep work I did was just making sure certain things pertaining to my method were solid by first checking around some of their legal policies, along with a personal twist to put the reps on the ropes (they feared certain reprecussions) Sorry for being a little vague. Pretty much when it comes to prep work, take the time to look at the chosen product, the company in detail (like call from a secondary number, and try to get some not so common knowledge of their inner workings, and filter the info that can bolster your chosen method. Oh and one more thing...be persistsant. I hope this is some what of a help to you, and good luck.

Also with your Iphone, be prepared to get in the ring with the reps, they are starting push back hard on some claims, especially Iphones, so just be mindful of that.

At the time of this post, Apple are still not cross-checking weights, so you're good to go with the EB.
