Zalando UK - D1919 - 06-14-2022
Anyone had any joy with UK Zalando recently? Their UK partners for delivery are Hermes so if it’s anything like my recent orders with them, they usually leave the parcel at the door and walk off without the door even being opened and take a picture (depending if anyone answers). So would make the DNA available.
Just wanted to know anyones experience, got a £400~ basket good to go

Yeah I’ve done them a few times over the years for 200+ at a time, had a few legit orders on my account too which is 5 yrs old, just wondering if any things have changed

Parcel has came today and as expected, Hermes have left it outside without handing it to me or requiring signature etc.
Think it’s good to go with the DNA isn’t it?

They've basically DNA'd themselves.

Nice one. Just as expected
They did leave a slip through the door saying “parcel here”. Does that matter? Will report back later on to see how I’ve got on. Will wait until this evening and say just arrived back from work to find the slip and no parcel.

Courier investigation has been opened so I expect to hear back through the week. Hopefully delivery driver doesn’t come investigating at my property as I’ve seen a few things on here…

He has no right to set foot on your private property asking questions, nor are you obligated to answer them.

Update- chased it up again today to see where it was up too, portraying my sadness that I’m “going on holiday Friday” and upset my stuff isn’t here and had no update and I’m panicking my money/clothes are unaccounted for.
Turns out the previous agent hadn’t even filed the investigation with the courier… Made sure they knew how angry I was and said this wasn’t a good start into the investigation, new agent was much better and followed up with an email so hopefully hear something before this week finishes!
