Amazon.DE accounts keep getting put on hold - pelaja - 04-21-2022
A friend of mine has recently started doing refunds. His method is to create new accounts, make a bunch of small orders with Amazon GCs, and then make a somewhere 3-5k "refund" purchase with his Revolut VCC, but after a while, Amazon just puts the whole account and order on hold and asks for utility bill with names and etc... Has happened a bunch of times and now it happened again the day the items were supposed to arrive.

He said that everything matches from his POV, and that he has sent over edited PDFs with the asked documentation but Amazon has not yet responded to any of it for a week.
Are there any certain ways to bypass them by not putting it on hold? Maybe you can forward me something that explains it a bit in-depth?

Tell him to contact Amazon and ask exactly why the account has been put on hold.
