Help SE Controller - bluebeam - 03-22-2022

Hi, I bought a dualshock4 on micromania.fr a french electronic store (i'm french) and I don't know yet what method to use to refund the handle that I will receive tomorrow:

someone I spoke told me that he was refunded through paypal saying that the controller was not in the box with a picture of the box without the controller.

I hesitate between 2 methods:

-EB film the unboxing of the controller and remove just before the controller of its seal . reclaim paypal

-DNA via the support of micromania.

what is your opinion ?

yes, they are responsible for any problems during the transport of the goods within 14 days after delivery

I received it yesterday afternoon in my mailbox without signature, I am waiting for tomorrow or the day after tomorrow to claim my package indicated delivered on the tracking.

Perfect, there's no evidence to suggest It was placed In the correct mailbox.

UPDATE:they reimbursed me I sent them a handwritten affidavit + a scan of my ID card via paypal (I launched a claim) that I normally had to send by email I told them that I was short of material and that therefore I could only send them by attachments.
