Very easy SE:

Step 1: Contact Papermate
Step 2: Fill out the form with your real address don't worry they don't bill.
They'll email you asking for pictures and confirmation of your address you can just tell them that you already threw away the product due to them making a bigger mess.

Enjoy your pens.

About 4 times, I might move on to the more expensive fountain pens (from pilot) suprising how fountain pens can cost so much.

Hello, I got 37 years old this week and my friend gifted me one of your awesome collections, named "Paper Mate Gel Pens 14 counts". Actually, I was a free writer since i was 17 years old, i write for myself and my dear friend knew that and that was the most precious gift someone could gift me. I don't really care about price, it's meaningful! When we opened it, pens and box were all ruined by water or oil and they don't write.My friend got mad and threw them.I'm contacting you to fix the issue.

I've decided to continue as it is my first "Free" SE try
I told them
"Good day !
Thank you for your response, yes actually that's the first thing we did with my friend we called the seller and they just said to contact customer service of PaperMate and here we are.
Honestly, i don't understand why do i have to be in the middle of such a comedy! This sends me to that, that sends me to this; With all my respect but you're making me feel like i am 6 years old.Can we please solve this in a professional manner? Appreciate your understanding.

About the product i already mentioned in my first message that my friend got mad and threw it, well what do you expect?
You give someone the perfect gift for his birthday and you expect it to go beyond your best expectations.
Then you find it covered by some stupid oil and nothing works. I felt like my freewriting career has been humiliated up & down.
So he threw them and apologized. But i could feel what he felt though it's just some 4$ gift.
About the receipt i don't think he has it and even if he does, i won't ask him for it. He just started to feel normally about the situation. So i won't risk our relationship for a receipt that he 90% has threw up.
I can help with date of purchase though, my birthday was 5th October and he came one week before it.
So he bought it between 28th September, and 3rd October.
And he knows that PaperMate are my favorite pens. I wrote my lifestory book using your pens guys.
I hope we can fix this disappointment .
