Refunding a Guitar using Dry ice method - justs - 09-26-2020 So guys does anyone have any experience refunding a guitar? Looking for an European store that could work and would match with their return policy? Just curious if it could actually work?

RE: Refunding a Guitar using Dry ice method - justs - 09-27-2020 The guitars usually weight from 2.5kg up to 5kg it depends on the guitar and wood. Even 2 same specifications guitars can have quite a weight difference because of the variations of the wood. I could try DNA method but is probably much harder to do so dry ice could be safer option. Does anyone have any experience with EU stores? RE: Refunding a Guitar using Dry ice method - piperfire - 09-27-2020 Always handle Dry Ice with care and wear protective cloth or leather gloves whenever touching it. An oven mitt or towel will work. If touched briefly it is harmless, but prolonged contact with the skin will freeze cells and cause injury similar to a burn. Storage - Store Dry Ice in an insulated container. In terms of dry Ice, obviously you're Intending to box the company, however the Item Is too big to not show signs of tampering during transit. For Instance, If the carrier notices, a damage report will be raised releasing them from liability. RE: Refunding a Guitar using Dry ice method - justs - 09-27-2020 Well usually have to sign everything well i could sign in a different way but not sure really if DNA could work in EU store. Also asking if anyone else has experience with EU stores? RE: Refunding a Guitar using Dry ice method - justs - 09-27-2020 Also if there would be investigation they maybe could send the courier to ask some questions who knows Never happened when was doing Amazon but again not sure with other stores.

Even If the carrier pays you a visit, simply stick to your story and deny receipt of the package. There's absolutely nothing he can do to prove/deem otherwise. RE: Refunding a Guitar using Dry ice method - justs - 09-27-2020 Yes of course. There is still posibility that they wont refund and just claim responsibility on buyer or courier. If the DNA would fail could still make an excuse that neighbour had the package and return it or even box it then.
