Hello guys, I am receiving watch and shirt in same box soon, watch:150grams. Should i say the watch box was empty or the watch wasnt in the parcel. thanks you guys in advance. xx

150g It's very heavy, perhaps too much. The t-shirt it's too light.
If you say empty box/partial/missing item I don't think it will work.

But I might be wrong, I'm not yet very expert SEr.

Zalando have tightened their policies as of recently since they were rinsed in the past. How about wrong item received and send back an item of similar weight that they have in stock?

Very well planned, particularly that you'll state the watch was not In the box and not the entire contents (box & watch).

The weight Is already pushing the limit for the missing Item method, hence you don't want to add to It.

Zalando have tightened their policies as of recently since they were rinsed in the past. How about wrong item received and send back an item of similar weight that they have in stock?

Do you have any additional information on how they have tightened their policies by any chance? Does it involve parcel content, delivery, ...?

I'm currently stuck with an order that literally did not arrive (it does happen!) and Zalando support has been telling me for close to two weeks that their carrier Hermes are investigating without any updates yet. There goes my planned SE on the parcel...

Since they were rinsed in the past, they now ask for you to provide an ID confirming your name alongside signing the document they send for you to sign. They will also sometimes straight up reject your claim and will say to contact ur bank provider, therefore essentially start a chargeback. Personally I think if you have a good account with previous order your claim will be successful.

Thanks for the compliment, so... You think it will work? Btw just to be sure you know: The watch is about 140-150 grams, not the box+watch which will weigh more than that together.
