The signature was faked?

Kinda. It was my girlfriend who accepted it and wrote her first letter as the only thing. Went through.
The mismatch of the signature name contributed to the SE's success.

I've tried to make a partial refund, but unfortunately, I was among the first to find out that it doesn't work anymore with Zalando. I also heard that FTID is not an option now, either. Any ideas of how could I get my refund, at least for half of the order?

What exactly did you experience?

Basically, I was refunding Zalando by saying I received only 2 or 3 items from all my orders. They asked me to complete a form by mentioning which items were missing, and then, after a few days, they issued the refund. However, this time, after sending the form, I received an email saying that they checked everything, and due to the technologies they are using at the warehouse, they were sure all the items were in the box; therefore, no refund for me. I have waited a few days, planning on FTID-ing it, but I heard this one also does not work. So now I am trying to find some other way in which I could refund this order, maybe by doing LIT or smth like this. I was hoping you guys had some ideas of how it can be done.

^ A very poor reason to decline the refund.

Did you ask them to elaborate on their "technologies", and how It deemed the Items were picked and packed correctly?

Disregard the flawed piece of garbage.

You first need to establish exactly how and why your claim was declined - there's no justification whatsoever.

So, I have texted them back, arguing that they should explain and prove that they indeed have sent all the products because I know for a fact that I did not receive all of them and they basically replied with the same e-mail, saying that they have checked everything and there is nothing I can do further......

Yet they cannot provide evidence of their findings to support their decision to decline your claim.

It pretty much speaks for Itself.

Nonsense.

Request an escalation on the grounds that due to the lack of evidence, their assessment Is Inconclusive.

Attention for the procedures with sneakers, I have the impression that they are harder to make pass (requests legit for several parcels never succeeded without going until legal). On the other hand, the accessories and clothing pass very easily
