Can anyone shed some light on how long the process is to get resolvement on a wrong item delivered SE?. I sent the "wrong item" back but they haven't refunded and have been asking for more days repeatedly to investigate.

Am I SOL? What can I do

Their respons was a general "sorry for your inconvenience. We need some additional time to research with the carrier and shipping departments and detailed info with delivery"
