I got the wp-config.php of a website, now what am I supposed to do? I tried connecting to it with navicat but it thinks I'm trying to connect to a database locally so it doesn't work

Use adminer, with the database credentials you have. You should be able to connect to external databases.

Still does the same thing. Could it be the fact that I'm using mullvad while trying to connect?
When I try to connect it returns -

You're supposed to put in the actual remote server IP for the database not "localhost", you just tried to connect to a db on mullvad.
The chances of it allowing remote connections are slim so unless you can get adminer on the local box you probably won't be able to do anything.
You can try SSH in as root using the password you got from the config, yes, this actually works from time to time. However, if it looks randomly generated it's usually not reused anywhere.
