almost 1 year ago I got a HP PC through the social engeneering, the thing is that after a few months, a factory failure has been detected in relation to the graphics card, checking the warranty, it says that I can still use it, my question is: Is there any danger that they do not return the PC or they realize it? or being different departments, there should not be a problem. Has anyone been in a similar situation?

It depends whether or not the company has written-off the PC at the time the claim was approved.
