I'm not quite sure yet. I've only ordered it yesterday and will let you know when I receive an update.

Also, although i am in australia, the company policy us is to contact the courier regarding a did not arrive before contacting them. Should i go ahead with that if i do end up doing a dna, or should i directly contact the company?

That's how It mostly operates, especially with Toll.

The verification for my package is going to be DNA. I do not think I will be able to receive the package myself, so would it be fine to DNA it if a relative or something signs for me.

If it's just a signature, sure, as it's not YOUR signature

Yes It's fine.

Be sure your relative obviously fake signs It, but with a name that's somewhat legible. As such, when It's cross-checked, It will not be associated to any household member, hence an unauthorized recipient signed the delivery.

Hello, the package came in today, and the package was meant to be signature as per the tracking, but the driver just handed it over. This would be easier than if there was a signature?
