also on ups package, it says the weight of package is 500g but when i asked someone on website, they mentioned it was 700 g. so should i go with 700grams? or 500 grams of dry ice

What's concerning Is the 7 day return.

Not only do you need to very accurately calculate the dry Ice sublimation time, but there may be a few drop offs (depot or otherwise) before It's received by the company. As such, the weight will be different at each drop off due to the dry Ice sublimating.

Who did you ask?

it is very good thing that u pointed out, last time i purchased something from amazon, and did the boxing, they didn't even check the weight, since it was like magazine selling store where i have to drop my package off.
so should i be very concerned about boxing, and choose the other method?

0.5kg is the weight of package.
Then that's the shipping/gross weight.

The Item (net) weight Is obviously less, and that's what you'll be working on.

How we can see if there will be many drops before delivered to the company ?
should we avoid dry ice if there are a lot of drops ?
