This also generated an avalanche of unpertinent comments so I'll just quit and die.

Usually when a post gets removed it is to hide content, that's my argument here.
A post saying that you deleted the post too wasn't really necessary. Without you quoting that post, nobody would know what you're talking about because the post was removed, but otherwise, none really need to know why it was removed or even that it was removed, or that he got a warning. Usually I use the PM system for that kind of stuff. I'm not a mod here but that's just my take on it.
Carry on.

I'm well aware of what was stated and intended by both of you gentlemen in the mentioning of the above. However, it is a well known fact I intentionally make public note of such on a regular basis in threads where it is necessary, as dictated by the individual's actions requiring regulating. And unless you're prepared to suddenly find each and every one of those instances as well for pointing out, then logic dictates you both in turn perhaps should have Inboxed me directly on the matter instead of contributing to further Off-topic material that is and was under complete control of Community Management and Staff Members who are tasked with managing the Community at large.
The method, and the decision behind the method are proven to work, along with the desired result both here and anywhere else on the merit of the individual being addressed on certain actions requiring regulating getting the point directly with an opportunity for explanation, rebuttal, or any other common sense method of communication in the public domain since in most instances the individual being addressed has no means of Replying to an Inbox being sent due to the lack of a sufficient post count.
Hence, the sound logic behind the matter being addressed in the very thread where the action was regulated.
Did it occur to either one of you that in most scenarios where the thread rates as important enough such as this, that I would've (as I have in times past) back tracked before the end of my shift to remove the comment where the User is being corrected?
No, it did not judging by the conversation we now find ourselves having on the matter. Which as a matter of fact I was in the process of doing when I happened upon your comment ArkPhaze, and now your comment here, and Noizes further comment.
The majority of You (plural) put me in office so to speak because of my expertise with the H[uman]U[ser]I[nterface].
Never before has it been a problem, thus logic dictates it shouldn't be made into a problem as we speak.
The logic behind the decision is sound because it is proven to work.
The decision and method remain as final.
Now, when you both get time, Inbox a confirmation this has been read so I may return to edit the proper material.
P.S.-I'm very public in what I do as far as the task given me by You (plural) the Community, and regardless, I will not change methods that simply work in the pursuit of that task, for future reference.
In closing, other fellow Staff Members generally remove comments to hide content and such.
I am not the majority of my fellow Staff Members in regards to regulating (infer moderating) via Inbox whereareas I regulate Publicly so the peers who are my equals (You, the Community, plural) are in full knowledge of what has been done which further serves the purpose for the public domain record considering there are ample examples of this very method by my fellow Staff Members who use a variant of this very method.
Meanwhile, Inbox your confirmation of having read this so I may return and edit the thread back into some semblance of being On-topic, despite the current nature of the Off-topic material rating as High Quality nonetheless.
P.S.S.-Any further public commentation on the matter will warrant it remaining in the public domain as I personally don't like devoting time to a discussion that is subject to deletion at a moment's notice.
Gentlemen, thank you for the input.
